INDIVIDUAL COACHING

 

We believe everyone has a role to play in advancing JEDI, and one-on-one coaching is essential to embody these values and weave them into the fabric of your organization. We provide monthly coaching sessions over a 6-12 month periods that are tailored for your role, experience, and background:

  • People of color, especially those newly hired into leadership positions, are often not set up to succeed. We focus on helping people of color grow their leadership and voice, navigate whiteness and white fragility, develop work/life balance, and build strong teams and interpersonal relationships, so they can thrive in their positions.

  • Change agents and allies play a key role in supporting JEDI teams, staff of color, and organizational initiatives. We provide guidance to help staff and allies build their knowledge and confidence to navigate the day-to-day challenges and resistance towards JEDI, and change management support for those tasked with transforming the organization to better embody these values.

  • Top organizational leaders hold a unique and powerful role in leading organizations and staff successfully through a JEDI change process. We coach leaders to embrace, practice, and embody JEDI values while you work with your team to transform organizational culture, systems, and structures needed to earnestly embody JEDI values.


ORGANIZATION CAPACITY BUILDING

 

Shifting an organization to embody JEDI values takes time, capacity, and resources. We offer support to organizations seeking to earnestly engage in an org-wide JEDI change process to build the framework for this organizational culture shift:

Trainings tailored to your individual and organizational needs, supporting your growth through the stages of your JEDI journeys.

Team support for staff tasked with advancing JEDI within the organization on how to effectively embody and practice JEDI values while they provide guidance to the organization.

Strategy development, shared visioning, and other foundational services that will strategically and effectively maneuver your organization into the next developmental phase of its JEDI journey.
